Cancellation Policy
For term stay : 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival, non-refundable after that. Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of reservation (this applies up to 14 days prior to arrival).
For stays of 28 consecutive nights or longer: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of reservation and 28 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. For cancellations made after that time, the first 30 days room charge is non-refundable.
