Cancellation Policy
For short-term stays
Short-term stays are defined as 1 to 7 nights.
Cancellation within 48 hours of reservation: full refund.
50% refund for cancellations made after 48 hours of reservation.
50% refund for cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.
For mid-term stays
Medium-term stays are defined as 8 to 20 nights.
Cancellation within 72 hours of reservation: full refund.
50% refund for cancellations made after 72 hours of reservation.
50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.
For long-term stays
Long-term stays are defined as 21 nights or more.
Cancellation within 7 days of reservation: full refund.
Cancellation after 7 days of reservation: 50% refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a non-refundable room charge for the first 14 days.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 21 days of the room rate is non-refundable.
