If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail form.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive early or be late.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited indoors, in the garden, and around the facility. The building is made of wood and the garden is made of artificial turf, both of which are very heat-sensitive materials and can be dangerous.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m. so that noise does not disturb neighbors. In particular, please refrain from loud conversations or playing music outdoors.
Please use the equipment and fixtures in the room with care. Please report any malfunctions or damages to the manager as soon as possible. As a rule, repair or replacement costs are to be borne by the guests.
Please cooperate with garbage separation.
During your stay, please be very careful with fire. In particular, when using the kitchen, please be careful not to set off the fire alarm. Also, please make sure that the facility locks when you leave the building.
It is strictly prohibited to accommodate more than the number of guests declared at the time of reservation. There is a 24-hour surveillance camera at the entrance, and if additional undeclared guests are discovered, additional charges may be assessed.
Barbecues are permitted only in designated areas. After use, please clean the barbecue grill and surrounding area thoroughly. Please dispose of leftover food and trash in the designated trash cans and leave the grill clean and ready for the next user. Please handle fire with care and make sure to extinguish it after use. Barbecues in strong winds or in inclement weather may make it difficult to handle the fire, so the barbecue tables may not be set up. Please be sure to conduct your barbecue quietly, especially at night, so that noise generated during the barbecue will not disturb neighboring residents. In order to prevent accidents and problems caused by the use of fire, please act in a safe manner. If you have any questions or problems, please consult with the manager.
Please do not park beyond the designated parking spaces. Please slow down sufficiently in the parking lot and be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, but access to illegal downloads and inappropriate sites is strictly prohibited. Internet speeds and connections are limited. Please take into consideration that other guests will also be using the service and try to use it in a fair manner.
When going out, please refrain from using unnecessary electricity and water to conserve electricity and water. In particular, turn off air conditioners, heaters, and lights frequently when going out.
Please be careful not to lose your accommodation key. If lost, the guest will be responsible for the cost of replacing the key. Upon check-out, please return the key to the designated location.
In the event of an earthquake, fire, or other emergency, act calmly and follow the instructions of management. Evacuation routes and emergency contact information are posted in the accommodation, so please check them when you check in.
Use of parasols is permitted only in the garden. Do not take them outside the accommodation (e.g. to the beach). After use, please fold the parasol and return it to its original place. To prevent parasols from being blown away by strong winds, etc., please secure them firmly and close them securely after use to ensure their safety. When using a parasol, please be careful not to disturb other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of parasols and are liable for the cost of repair or replacement, so please handle them with care.
Unauthorized photography for commercial purposes (advertising, sales promotion, publication in public media, etc.) in this facility is strictly prohibited. If you wish to film for commercial purposes, you must contact the management in advance to obtain permission.
